Many exhibitors plan their trade fair presence from abroad. I live in Munich and am your contact for the music on site. To make sure everything fits together on the night, we clarify the details early and divide the tasks clearly.
For a first enquiry, the trade fair, date and occasion are enough. Stand plan, service provider contacts and all other details are settled step by step as we prepare.

On the second evening of The smarter E Europe 2026, the Italian exhibitor SDI S.p.A. turned its stand in hall B4 into a party. I shaped the music from the close of the show day to the dance floor. All coordination with the marketing team in Italy took place in English. The exhibitor registered the evening event with the trade fair.

How much space does the setup need?
That depends on your stand and the format. My setup is compact. We agree on space, power and setup time with your stand builder during our first call.
How loud will it be on the stand?
As loud as suits your evening. Together we decide when conversation comes first and when it is time to celebrate. The trade fair rules always apply.
Do you also play outside the fairground?
Yes. Client evenings during trade fair week often take place at a venue in Munich. I plan music and equipment for those as well.
Do you work with agencies and stand builders?
Yes, happily. I coordinate directly with agency, stand builder and caterer so the evening runs smoothly.
